Preferably on the medical side. I have tossed the idea of airway management around such as "the true need of advanced airway management," but there is already so much research in airway management.......

How about hypothermic care

How about hypothermic care for cardiac arrest. The use of CPR devices in air medical transport. Ethical issues with the use of artifical blood. Applications of the EZ IO.

Let me get my trauma nurse friends to chime in on this.
